PrivyAI Terms of Use

1. End User License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use PrivyAi for personal, non-commercial, or internal business operations on compatible mobile devices owned or controlled by you, subject to these Terms and standard terms set by the **Apple App Store** or **Google Play Store**.
2. On-Device AI Execution & Output Disclaimer
1. Local Execution: PrivyAi provides an interface to execute open-weight AI models natively on your device hardware (Apple Metal / Snapdragon NPU). 100% of text processing occurs locally on-device.
2. No Accuracy Guarantees:AI outputs are produced probabilistically and may contain factual errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected responses ("hallucinations"). You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated outputs before relying on them for medical, legal, financial, or coding purposes.
3. No Content Responsibility: TechNest Service Ltd. does not monitor or filter prompts executed through local offline models and disclaims all liability arising from user-generated local outputs.
3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases (Apple & Google Play Policy)
PrivyAi offers optional paid subscription tiers ("PrivyAi Pro") providing access to unlocked context limits, advanced model execution, and custom system proxies.
Billing & Auto-Renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play Account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Managing & Canceling
You can manage or turn off auto-renewal anytime in your device settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel active subscriptions.
How to Cancel Subscription on iOS:
- Open Settings on your iPhone / iPad.
- Tap your Apple ID Name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Select PrivyAi and tap Cancel Subscription.
4. Open-Source & Model Licensing
Downloaded model weight files (such as Llama 3, Qwen 2.5, Gemma 2, or Mistral 7B) are provided subject to their respective original open-source license agreements (e.g., Meta Llama License, Apache 2.0, or Gemma Terms of Use). By downloading weights through PrivyAi, you agree to abide by the respective licensing terms of each model creator.
5. Intellectual Property
The PrivyAi application software, branding, user interface designs, local proxy server binaries, and source code are the exclusive intellectual property of TechNest Service Ltd. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the application binaries, except as permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechNest Service Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of device functionality, or hardware issues arising out of or related to your use of PrivyAi.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **United Kingdom**, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles.
