1. Core Privacy Architecture & Zero Cloud Data Collection
PrivyAI does not collect, record, transmit, monitor, or monetize your prompt data, conversation history, local API proxy HTTP requests, or personal identifiers. All AI model inference is processed strictly inside your mobile device's physical RAM using local GGUF neural weights.
Because AI calculations run on your device hardware (Apple Metal / Snapdragon NPU), no outbound network connections or telemetry payloads are ever initiated during inference. Once model weights are downloaded, PrivyAI is 100% operational in complete offline / flight mode.
2. Local Application Sandbox & Encrypted Storage
All chat histories, custom system prompts, app parameters, and proxy logs are stored locally within an encrypted SQLite database inside your OS application sandbox. You maintain total ownership over your data.
Deleting individual chat threads inside the app permanently removes them from local storage. Uninstalling the app completely purges all sandbox storage and model weights from physical device memory.
3. Subscriptions, Payment Processing & Website Analytics
Optional paid features (PrivyAi Pro) are billed through the official store payment systems:
- Apple App Store & Google Play Store: Purchases are handled directly by Apple or Google via secure store payment APIs. TechNest Service Ltd. never sees or stores your credit card or financial details.
- Subscription Infrastructure: Subscription status entitlements are verified using RevenueCat. RevenueCat only processes anonymous App Store / Google Play transaction receipts to validate active subscription status.
- Website Analytics (getprivyai.app): Our marketing website uses Google / Firebase Analytics to track high-level visitor counts and waitlist submissions. Website telemetry is completely separate from the mobile app and never captures prompt content.
4. Regulatory Compliance & Data Sovereignty
- HIPAA Compliance: Zero protected health information (PHI) leaves physical hardware, eliminating cloud data transit risks for clinical teams.
